• Usage and AI Data: We collect information about how you interact with our services. To provide personalized recommendations, we may process data such as your historical purchases and product price trends using third-party AI services like Google's Gemini.
• Communications: When you contact us through our feedback or contact forms, we collect your name, contact information (email or phone), and the content of your message.

Welcome to Sugarcane Hub (“we”, “our”, “the app”). By downloading, installing, or using the Sugarcane Hub mobile application, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Sugarcane Hub is designed to help users (farmers, traders, buyers, mill workers, etc.) view nearby Kolhu/Crusher, sugar mills, market prices, directions, and related information. The information is collected through public sources, user inputs, and verified submissions.

2. User Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this app. By using the app, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Sugarcane Hub App, you agree to:

• Use the app only for legal and ethical purposes.
• Not upload false, misleading, or harmful data.
• Not attempt to hack, modify, or damage the app or server.
• Not misuse contact numbers or personal details of any Kolhu/Crusher owners or farmers.

The Kolhu/Crusher list includes:

• Firm name
• Owner name
• Address
• Mobile number
• Email (if available)
• Machine size/capacity

This information is shared only for agricultural and operational support. Any misuse of this information (marketing, harassment, spam, etc.) may lead to immediate suspension of your account.

6. Accuracy of Information

We try to provide accurate and updated information, but:

• Some details may change (contact, address, size, working status).
• We do not guarantee accuracy or availability of any service.
• Sugarcane Hub is not responsible for business transactions or disputes between users and Kolhu/Crusher owners.

7. Location Access

The app uses your device’s GPS to:

• Show nearest Kolhu/Crusher
• Display route and distance
• Improve recommendations

You can disable location access anytime, but some features may not work properly.

8. Farmer Price Fluctuation Disclaimer

Sugarcane prices displayed in the Sugarcane Hub app are for informational purposes only and may be based on:

• Public updates
• Factory announcements
• Market data
• User submissions

Sugarcane prices are subject to change anytime due to: Market demand, Factory load and queue, Government notifications, Quality and quantity of sugarcane, Time of arrival. Therefore, Sugarcane Hub does NOT guarantee that:

• The price shown in the app will remain the same when the farmer reaches the sugar mill or Kolhu/Crusher
• The farmer will receive the displayed rate
• Any factory or crusher will accept sugarcane based on the shown price

Sugarcane Hub is not liable for: Price increase or decrease, Any mismatch between displayed and actual price, Any financial loss due to price fluctuation, Disputes between farmers and mills/kolhus. Farmers are strongly advised to contact the factory/kolhu owner directly for confirmation before transporting sugarcane.

9. Intellectual Property

All app design, content, logos, data, and graphics are the property of Sugarcane Hub. You are not allowed to:

• Copy or sell app data
• Modify or redistribute app content
• Create competing apps using our data

10. Third-Party Services

The app may use: Google Maps, Firebase, External APIs. We are not responsible for any issues caused by third-party services.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sugarcane Hub is not liable for: Loss of profit or business loss, Incorrect data, App downtime or technical issues, Disputes between users and factories/kolhu owners, Any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app. You use the app at your own risk.

12. Updates & Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions anytime. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.

13. Account Suspension

We may suspend or block users who: Misuse contact information, Spread false information, Violate these Terms, Engage in illegal activity.
